Ordering, Shipping, Store Policies
I currently only accept Paypal. Once payment clears, I ship within 7-10 days. Please let me know in advance if you need your item sooner than that, I’m usually happy to work with you to make sure gifts are never belated. :)
I do send invoices via Paypal for extra custom options (e.g. $1 per letter on custom/personalized necklaces, etc.).
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay the invoice, you may use your credit card. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Items will not ship that have not been *fully* paid for.
I offer 10% off for returning customers. That coupon code will be given after your first purchase.
I sometimes offer promotional codes through other websites.
I also have a buy 3 get 1 free sale on all necklaces. The fourth free necklace should be of equal or lesser value than the other 3. The free necklace is stainless steel; if you’d like sterling silver or colored wire, it will still be an additional $5 or $1 respectively. This offer may only be used ONCE per customer. To redeem the offer, purchase three necklaces and write your fourth choice in the “note to seller” or “comments” section during checkout. Be sure to specify the chain length and wire preference.
Only ONE coupon or promotional deal may be used at one time.

I’ll ship your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving payment. Parcels typically arrive in 3-5 days of post for domestic mail, 7-14 days international. If your item has not arrived within a week and a half, contact me and we will resolve the issue promptly. If you would like expedited shipping, please just let me know. Refunds and Exchanges
Only in the event that something is broken upon receipt or breaks easily soon thereafter, it will be replaced or refunded.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send me a convo and let me know BEFORE you leave feedback. I cannot resolve the matter if I don’t know about it.
